THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free / 服务不会中断或无错误

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HSK ZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

在法律允许的最大范围内，HSK Zone不对因您使用服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。

9. Termination / 终止
